order cancellations and changes
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
If your order has not yet entered into the shipping process, you may cancel
or revise your order within 6 hours after the order has been placed.
Please email your cancellation request or order change to
info@bentleyB.com. Include your name, order number, tee name and
item number, email or phone number and instructions to cancel or change your
shipping methods and rates
Orders are shipped via United States
Postal Services (USPS). Shipping and handling rate is $6 for up to
$12 for four to six tees and $2.00 for each tee over six tees. For more than two tees, please email
firstname.lastname@example.org or call 503.516.2707 for rates. Shipping to
Alaska or Hawaii, add $10. Our average delivery time is 5 to 7
business days depending on the shipping destination. Contact
email@example.com or call 503.516.2707 for expedited shipping options
and rates. bentley B is only able to ship within the continental
United States. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email
delivery confirmation containing a tracking number. You will be able
to track your package within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email
www.usps.com. bentley B is not responsible for items lost or
stolen in transit. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders
If an order is returned, refused or
unclaimed due to customer refusal, negligence/absence or inaccurate shipping
information, we will attempt to contact customer via phone or email if
provided. If no response is received within 72 hours of the attempt to
contact, the customer will be charged 30% re-stocking fee and the
appropriate shipping charges. Re-shipping charges will be charged if
the customer requests the order to be re-shipped for any reason.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct and someone will be
available to receive your order.
